Here are a few of my students who have gone on to use their musical talents in exciting ways.
Yazmin Vigus
Yazmin Vigus is the new kid on the block. Her voice soulful and enchanting, her sound a simmer of eclectic summer pop grooves and razor sharp attitude, which melt into the overall sweetness and simplicity of an ordinary girl without airs and graces telling stories and sharing intimacy through the power and force of song.
Sam Orpe
From a very young age I knew I wanted to be a performer. I was lucky enough at the age of 15 to gain a scholarship (only given to 3 outside of London) to a top musical theatre performing arts school.
I studied here for two years, before I graduated with agent and a triple distinction in musical theatre. The Brit School was tough, but extremely rewarding, it was one of the best experiences of my life.
Having an agent in London is fantastic, I have been sent to numerous professional auditions, (Evita, Sound of music, Joseph) to name but a few. Its definitely good experience, and I find myself growing in confidence at each audition. Its a hard, stressful career to make a success in, however If your determined enough to succeed, you will get there one day!
